Onboarding
Add your company details and choose a subscription plan. Add a payment method once done. Enterprise customers are onboarded individually.

Find & book a creator
Use the self-service or our full support service to post a job or find a creator. Define deliverables, timeline, number of revisions and whether an NDA is required. Two paths: job board or direct request.

Pre-production
Discuss briefing details, clarify expectations. All communication runs through the in-app channels: Secure, traceable, documented. On request: a final alignment call before production. Scheduled directly through the platform.

Production Feedback
You give feedback through your usual channels. Every completed revision round is tracked in the platform. The number of revisions is fixed in the contract.

Wrap-up & payment
The creator marks the delivery. You confirm receipt of the final assets in the platform: Fully documented, tamper-proof. After your approval the platform releases payment automatically and generates the invoice and the rights overview as a PDF.
